We have been on all sides of lower-middle-market M&A transactions as financiers, buyers, sellers, and advisors. We have trusted relationships with many corporate acquisition professionals and private equity groups. We also work with buyers that acquire patents, trademarks and other intellectual property.
We use a proprietary value-builder system to advise business owners and help get their companies ready to sell for the highest possible price. We then guide them on how to package and market the business, and reach out to potential buyers. When appropriate, we assist clients to retain the best broker or M&A firm for their situation.

For main street businesses valued under $2M, we do not take a broker fee. We offer a Do-It-Yourself program and advisory services on an ‘as needed’ basis for a fixed-fee. The workbook for these services is available free of charge here. We can perform some of the tasks outlined in the book when clients do not have the time or expertise to do so.
SellBiz is managed by Mike O’Donnell, who partners with a variety of associates and industry professionals on each transaction, depending upon the needs of the deal. Mike is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the state of Florida and SellBiz is a licensed Real Estate Corporation.
