When one of our clients sells their home, they often need to make a move to a new home. We represented the seller of the house on the left for a cool $100,000 profit, then brokered the purchase of their new home on the right, just a few miles away. To facilitate a smooth move we negotiated three months free rent with the buyer while the new home was being renovated. Their former home fetched top price and we negotiated a -$30,000 reduction in list price on the new home. The new home has appreciated $50,000 in just six months.
